The joint venture between Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors an operating partner in investment and asset management in the European logistics sector, has secured rental agreements for more than 16,000 sqm of space at City Point Targówek. Companies across various industries have pre-leased more than 70% of the space in the C2 building, the first multi-let building of the phased re-development, with scheduled completion by the end of the year.

City Point Targówek is part of a logistics portfolio acquired through a joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors, an independent investment management firm specializing in real estate. In addition to the Targówek project, the portfolio includes two urban warehouse parks, Logistics Point Raszyn and Logistics Point Piaseczno.

Designed to meet the diverse needs of tenants, City Point Targówek offers flexible, modern & sustainable warehouse and office space perfectly suited to the needs of logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing companies seeking urban space.

Building C2 is currently under construction and will offer more than 25,000 sqm of space, with units ranging from 1,600 to 4,300 sqm. The project is characterized by its commitment to sustainability, being one of few highly sustainable brownfield re-development, targeting BREEAM Excellent, LEED Gold and WELL HSR certifications.

Most of the leases were signed with existing tenants across the City Point Targówek industrial park, allowing a smooth continuity of their business operations. They will retain the same address and urban location characterized by a long-standing industrial tradition, all whilst upgrading to grade A, comfortable space.

The leasing success reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, flexible, and sustainable spaces that cater to the needs of today's businesses. It reflects the strong market demand for modern facilities which not only support operational efficiency but also promote environmental responsibility. - says Roman Skowroński, Managing Director of Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland.

The City Point Targówek re-development has been designed with ambitious sustainability concerns at its core. Cutting-edge photovoltaic systems are estimated to generate at least 25% of the energy consumed by the entire park. In addition, the project includes solutions such as electric vehicle charging stations, modern recreational zones and landscaped green areas.
