Peakside Capital have signed a lease with DPD Polska, a leading courier service provider, for 7,000 sqm of cross-dock space at City Point Targówek. The complex, which will offer last-mile logistics space, is now undergoing a major redevelopment. It will eventually offer close to 100,000 sqm of premium commercial space, making it the largest urban logistics scheme in the city of Warsaw. DPD Polska is expected to move into the redeveloped facility by the end of this year.

Peakside Capital Advisors wybrał generalnego wykonawcę przebudowy I fazy modernizacji miejskiego parku logistycznego City Point Targówek. Kompleksową realizacją prac zajmie się Kajima Poland. Aktualnie trwają prace wyburzeniowe I etapu projektu. Docelowo City Point Targówek dostarczy blisko 100 tys. mkw. najnowocześniejszej powierzchni magazynowo-biurowej, spełniającej najwyższe standardy zrównoważonego rozwoju. Termin przekazania pierwszego budynku najemcom nastąpi jeszcze w tym roku.

Kajima Poland to carry out phase 1 of City Point Targówek redevelopment project

Peakside Capital Advisors has selected a general contractor for phase 1 redevelopment of the City Point Targówek urban logistics park. The contract will be executed on the EPC basis by Kajima Poland. Phase 1 demolition work is currently in progress. Ultimately City Point Targówek is to provide nearly 100,000 sq m of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space, meeting the highest standards in sustainability. Handover of the first building to tenants is expected to take place by the end of this year.

Launch of City Point Targówek redevelopment phase one

Demolition works are now beginning on the site of the City Point Targówek redevelopment project. The existing buildings will be removed and replaced with a modern multi-tenant logistics complex, meeting superior standards in sustainability. Once completed, the park will offer nearly 100,000 sq m of modern warehousing and office space. The first completed buildings will be delivered to tenants in the third quarter of 2023.

Peakside JV raises PLN 500m from Bank Pekao

A joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has signed a portfolio loan facility agreement with Bank Pekao S.A., comprising of an investment loan and VAT loan (more than PLN 500m in total). The funds have been used to finance the acquisition of three logistics properties in and around Warsaw and the redevelopment of the City Point Targówek park.

Po zakończeniu modernizacji park na Targówku dostarczy blisko 100 tys. m2 nowoczesnej powierzchni magazynowo-biurowej. Pierwszy gotowy budynek zostanie oddany najemcom w trzecim kwartale 2023 roku.

Splash Sp. z o.o., dotychczasowy najemca Logistics Point Raszyn, działający na rynku handlu hurtowego sprzętem AGD, powiększył swoją powierzchnię najmu o dodatkowe 800 m². Bank Pekao SA is releasing another loan tranche to finance the ongoing redevelopment phase of City Point Targówek. It involves the construction of a second building (C2) as part of the largest city logistics project. Under a portfolio loan agreement signed two years ago, the banking institution provided Peakside Capital with financing comprising an investment loan and a VAT working capital loan amounting to over PLN 500 million. This is a record amount of funds secured for a city logistics project.

Peakside and Partners Group secure EUR 15 million in financing from mBank

Under the newly signed agreement, the bank has extended property development, investment and VAT credit facilities totalling over EUR 15 million. The funding will be used to support the construction of one of Poland’s most innovative urban logistics developments.

Peakside announces new development project – this time in the Tricity metropolitan area

Peakside Capital Advisors is preparing to launch a warehouse project within the Tricity metropolitan area. The modern urban logistics park will be located in Przejazdowo, near the Gdańsk Wschód interchange, which connects the S7 expressway with Gdańsk city centre. The scheme will comprise two warehouse facilities with a total area of over 20,000 sqm, offering units starting from 1,700 sqm. Completion is scheduled for summer 2026.
