Record-breaking lease signed at City Point Targówek

City Point Targówek, a flagship urban logistics development in Warsaw, has secured a record-breaking lease agreement for 10,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The transaction, signed with a leading company from the food production and distribution sector, represents the largest leasing deal concluded on the Warsaw logistics market in 2025 in terms of both scale and level of technical customisation. Handover of the completed facility is scheduled for Q3 2026.

The lease covers space within the newly developed C1 building, designed and delivered to fully accommodate the tenant’s specific operational requirements. The transaction underscores the growing demand for tailor-made, strategically located logistics facilities in Warsaw’s urban core.

“We are pleased to welcome our new tenant to City Point Targówek and to have been able to offer a bespoke solution aligned with their long-term business needs. This agreement reflects our flexible and client-centric approach, underpinned by a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and the ability to implement non-standard, value-adding solutions” - commented Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland.

Construction of the C1 building will commence in summer 2025, with preparatory works including site clearance and demolition already completed. Completion and occupancy are planned for the third quarter of 2026.

City Point Targówek is one of the largest logistics developments located within Warsaw’s administrative boundaries. Once fully developed, the park will offer 100,000 sqm of high-specification space suited to a wide range of uses, including last-mile logistics, light manufacturing, and specialist operations. The site, located on a redeveloped former industrial zone, benefits from excellent connectivity to the city centre, public transport, and key arterial routes.

“Our objective is to deliver warehouse and production spaces that not only meet current demand but also anticipate the evolving requirements of our clients. City Point Targówek has been designed to support long-term growth, operational flexibility, and environmental sustainability” - added Olga Wałkiewicz.

The lease transaction was brokered by AXI Immo.

City Point Targówek forms part of an urban logistics platform developed through a joint venture between Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors. The platform is focused on the development and active asset management of modern, flexible logistics parks in strategic metropolitan areas across Poland, with a strong emphasis on value creation through redevelopment, sustainability and tenant-led design.
