The comprehensive redevelopment is being managed in accordance with the principles of sustainability. The project is set to incorporate numerous solutions aimed at mitigating its environmental impact, reducing the carbon footprint, and minimising the consumption of utilities and natural resources. As ESG lies at the heart of investor business strategies, the warehouse park will aim for top green building certification ratings, including LEED ‘Platinum’. Our dedication to meeting the highest environmental requirements and employing advanced solutions designed to safeguard the planet positions us to achieve the prestigious BREEAM certification of ‘Outstanding’. City Point is also expected to achieve the WELL certification, setting an unprecedented benchmark for a project of this kind.

City Point Targówek is a modern complex with eco-friendly solutions. Electric car charging stations are available in each of the four zones.
Recreation area (4,000 sq m)
The recreation area provides a place of rest and relaxation for all employees of the logistics centre.
Certificate LEED
