Peakside and Partners Group provide a warehouse in Warsaw for Polish Red Cross to help Ukrainians
Mazovia District Branch of Polish Red Cross (PCK) has received 2,400 sqm of warehouse space. There are plans to double the size of available space. The facility has been donated for use by the Polish Red Cross to assist refugees from Ukraine.
Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group has handed over a warehouse at City Point Targówek for use by the Mazovian Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross. The aid organization has received a 2,400 sqm of logistic space free of charge. There are plans to double the available space.
Roman Skowronski, Managing Director of Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland, comments: - We all see the tragedy across our eastern border. We want to support a wide and spontaneous action to help the Ukrainians as much as we can. That is why we have decided to donate free warehouse space for use by the Mazovian branch of the Polish Red Cross. The necessary clothing and food is delivered to many places, but in order to improve the organization of the aid, PCK needs a place to store, pack and efficiently transfer them to the refugees.
Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group support is invaluable in the current operations of our organization. Such a large warehouse space will allow the Polish Red Cross to receive large quantities of products from Poland and abroad. This will transfer into long-term assistance to people in Warsaw, as well as planning transports to Ukraine – said Honorata Krzywoń Director of the Mazovian Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in Warsaw.
City Point Targówek is located at 14 Matuszewska Street in the Targówek district of Warsaw.
