City Point Okęcie is situated on Kinetyczna Street, in the immediate vicinity of Chopin Airport in Warsaw. On a plot of approximately 5 hectares, a sustainable urban logistics project with an area of 11,000 m2 is planned.
The property is located right next to the junction of the Southern Warsaw Bypass (express road S2) and express road S79 (connecting with Marynarska Street and Sasanki Street). On the northern side, the plot borders the airport apron. Access from the airport will take only 8 minutes, and it's 20 minutes to the city center.
